Good Earth Water Gardens went to a party and won a prize!

Pondemonium 2019

Well, and we learned from the elite of the water feature industry and brought lots of ideas and enthusiasm back to Kansas City. This can mean only one thing: Pondemonium 2019!

The best of the water feature best

Pondemonium is the annual gathering of water feature professionals. It’s the premier training and networking event for the industry – and it’s really fun.

Good Earth Water Gardens was well represented at the event. Brothers Dan and Kevin headed to Illinois for the conference. They got hands-on experience trying some new techniques and built on their water feature knowledge at class sessions.

The big waterfall build

Our team worked with fellow Certified Aquascape Contractors (CACs) to build a waterfall. But it wasn’t just any waterfall – it was created in front of Aquascapes’ world headquarters, which is known as “Aqualand.” So you know this waterfall was something special. CACs took a plain landscape in front of the Aquascape sign and brought it to life with a unique water feature.

Pondemonium also offers classes through Aquascape Academy. These classes cover everything from marketing to human resources, all with a pond-centric twist. And educational keynotes ranged from teambuilding to choosing the right plants for your pond. We were also excited to see new Aquascape products that will be released for the 2020 season.

The big news

One of the cool things we learned at Pondemonium is that Good Earth Water Gardens is ranked the #12 Aquascape installer in the world. That means we as Certified Aquascape Contractors have been busy creating and rehabbing gorgeous water features using the best equipment available. Not bad for a small family business, right?

We’re thankful for the relationships we’ve build through this great network, and we’re thankful for the wonderful people we get to work with in Kansas City. Thank you for supporting our small business, and please let us know how we can serve you. As you can see, we’re always learning and getting new ideas – no water feature is too large or small.
